Each little gPant comes with one little gPant Pouch, made of highly technical gBreathe™ fabric. The little gPant Pouch snaps in and out for quick and easy changes and means less time doing laundry. Because gDiapers little gPants are breathable, babies are far less likely to get diaper rash. gRefills are not included, but available here.
Follow these simple directions and you’ll be a gDiapering pro in no time.
Insert the biodegradable gRefill or gCloth insert by pressing it into a tiny gPant or the little gPant pouch.
Close tabs in the back, away from little hands.
Always keep tiny gPants or little gPants preloaded with gRefills or gCloth for fast, easy diaper changes.
After your baby is dry, happy and settled, take the used gDiaper into the bathroom. Remove the insert.
If you're using a biodegradable gRefill, you can can flush, compost, or toss
If you're using gCloth, put the solid waste in the toilet and add the insert to your diaper pail.
Preload for next gDiaper change.
Diapers can be a messy business.
The little gPant pouch will get poopy, so having a few on hand is always helpful. Pouches are sold separately in packages of six.
If the pouches are poopy you can rinse out and add to your laundry. If they're clean they can be re-used as needed.
Tiny gPants will get soiled. But they can be machine washed, just like our little gPants.
If the little gPants get wet or dirty, chances are the fit is not right.
Close velcro tabs, wash and tumble-dry little gPants with your regular laundry, as needed. Little gPant pouches should be machine washed on cold or warm (never hot) and air dried. Avoid excessive handwashing, as it can be rough on the delicate elastic trim.
Get the perfect fit and a snug little bum.
Babies come in all shapes and sizes. So, it may take a few tries to find the perfect fit for your baby.
Close velcro tabs at the back away from little hands.
gDiapers fit up snug between baby's legs. The pouch rests in the crease of your baby's leg. Just like underwear.
gDiapers, like all diapers need to be changed every 2-4 hours for a dry, happy baby.
The waistband and tabs.
The soft elastic waistband fits around your baby's waist. This means it is higher in the back and dips down below the belly in the front. The fit should be snug but not tight.
When closing the tabs, make sure the back of the tab is sitting straight along the waist, and not angling down.
Making the seal.
The soft trim on the little gPant pouch makes the seal. Be sure it is hugging your baby's legs.
Red marks vs. skin irritation.
Mild red marks or gentle indentations in your baby's skin are generally not harmful. It's the same as when you get sheet marks on your body from sleeping. However, red rubbing or skin irritation is not OK. Please call us if this happens and we can talk you through a more comfortable fit.

About the cloth inserts they are a mixture of cotton, microfleece and hemp. Super soft against the baby's bottom and very absorbent. I even use these inserts in my other diapers as doublers because they are so thin.I really like gDiapers.
